As a small, dedicated company, we would like to offer you the best that we can. Help us to do a good job. Your cooperation in the following is most appreciated.


[ Shipping ]

1. Items are priced to include shipping fees via standard registered airmail.
2. EMS delivery service are provided at an additional charge.
3. Packages are shipped the within 1-2 business day(s) upon receipt of payment unless item is out of stock.
4.Occasional delays due to peak season, high traffic or customs inspection can be expected from time to time.
5.The estimated time of delivery is not the maximum or minimum times. If a package is stopped at Customs for closer inspection, the package may be delayed for a few days or weeks.


[ Address ]
 
1.Please ensure that the address provided to Pay Pal is correct.
2.Packages are shipped to the address on the Pay Pal payment notification email.
3. If mailing address is different, do be sure to email us the correct address before the package is sent out. Let us know in advance if the package is to be a gift to be sent to another address.
4. Buyer is to pay for postage and handling fees for re-sending package to the correct address.
5.Any packages returned to us marked "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges.


[ Refunds ]
 
1.Refunds will be in full excluding the postage fee. The fees we pay to the postal agents are not refundable hence we cannot refund it back. Refunds are applicable for items that are sealed and unused.
2.Items will be inspected to ensure that they are in the same condition as they were when sent out.
3.Items are to be returned to us within 2 weeks of receipt and at the buyer's expense.
4.Packages are to be returned to us via standard registered airmail or EMS with a trackable number.
5.Please email to jac@thejamushop.com to notify us of any returns.
6. Returned items will not be accepted before notification is made to the above email address.
7.Please note that we are not able to accept returns of pharmaceutical products once they are opened or used. It would be unfair to the next buyer of these products, not to mention unhygienic. It would be wise to buy a product to try before ordering in bulk.
